Life Lessons

I've just been pondering the last month and a half of being married, and it has been an amazing time. Some lessons I'm learning so far...
  • Different does not mean wrong.
  • It's ok for the bathroom counter to be covered in water.
  • Towels and sheets are meant to be changed frequently.
  • Dudes can cook!
  • Forgiveness and sacrifice are hard, but sweetly rewarding.
  • TV shows are infinitely funnier when one person is rolling on the floor laughing.
  • Waking up in the morning is something to look forward to.
  • When one person hurts, the other hurts. When one person is smiling, the other smiles also.
  • Having company for every meal puts joy back into eating.
  • His stuff lying around is not clutter; it's one of Steven Curtis Chapman's "signs of life."
  • I finally get the Christ and the church analogy in Ephesians, and it's really cool.
